Please keep in mind that when booking your party that the date and time that you have reserved are used by no one else, therefore your deposit is non-refundable. We schedule our events at different time slots and allow for travel and set up. There are no exceptions. Your party is planned from the moment you book and pay your deposit. You are also Informed by this verbally before we take any payment.
